Protein Shake Recipes for Healthy Weight Loss

Hearty Boosted Protein Shake

  • 2 scoops of Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
  • 1 scoop of Arbonne Essentials Daily Fiber Boost
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk or rice milk
  • 1 T of nuts (healthy fats)
  • 1/4 cup of frozen berries (for carbohydrates)
  • 1/2 cup to 1 cup of frozen spinach or kale
  • 9 ounces of water or ice, as desired

Recovery Support Shake
